It was delivered to me in Sweden just a couple of days later. Been playing around with it a lot. I think it’s a fantastic device. It’s sleek, it’s fast, it’s extremely easy to use. My children are using it all the time to watch SVT Play and movies. Angry Birds HD is running a lot :-)

Well, so I had plenty of mail from users and friends about support for the iPad in my applications. The reactions has been very positive and a lot of people from europe find Submerge very useful. Me, myself, I use it daily to add subtitles to tv-series and movies, then I watch them on my brand new Apple TV. It just works great. :-) Conversion times (export to Apple TV) takes a long time but I usually start the conversion in the evening and everything is done by the morning. Would be great if Submerge could add the exported movie to iTunes when it's done. What new features would you like to see in Submerge. Just mail me and tell... By the way, I released a new version of Submerge today. Download it and try it out. The subtitle rendering speed has increased dramatically and there's some bug fixes too. Wirecast is a very handy little application with which you can easily mix live images with pre-recorded material like slides and interviews and such. I use an ordinary DV-cam and I broadcast in 16:9 widescreen using H.264 and a screen size of 640x360. The result looks great and slides and such are crisp and clear.
