Serial Numbers and Activation

• I've lost my serial number. How do I get it back

Just go to
http://store.esellerate.net/support and follow the instructions.

• My serial number doesn't work

Try activating again in a couple of minutes and make sure you copy the serial number exactly as given to you. It takes a couple of minutes for the purchase to register through to the activation server system.

• I get the error "Cannot find eSellerate Engine"

Contact
[email protected] and we will help you as soon as possible.

• I still cannot get my serial number to work

Most likely, the problem is one of your computers being behind a strictly configured Internet firewall. You can force "manual activation" by following these steps carefully:

1. Temporarily disconnect your Internet connection.
2. Start the activation process by entering your serial number in the software dialog box.
3. Click through any dialogs and/or errors, and you will eventually see the Manual Activation Wizard.
4. As soon as this is displayed, you can reconnect your Internet connection.
5. Closely follow the steps in the wizard, which should both:
  a. Display an Installation ID value
  b. Again direct you to
http://activate.esellerate.net
6. On the website, enter the value from 5a instead of your serial number. You will eventually be given an Activation Key to be input back into the wizard dialog.
7. That should be it, and the activation should be successful!

We apologize for any inconvenience.

• May I install MovieGallery on several computers?

You may install MovieGalllery on up to three computers if you’re the sole user of three computers. Activations are automatically re-cycled, so you should normally not experience any problems when upgrading your hardware.

And remember: this is a shareware developed by people who are striving to give you excellent software for your OS X computer. So please do not share serial numbers. Instead, keep the world moving.
